Our consoles are designed to meet the highest ergonomic standards expected in control rooms such as dispatch centers, surveillance stations, and operational command centers.
- Height Adjustable Worksurfaces: The primary surface and the monitor surface are adjustable in order to accommodate different sized users throughout the day. As well as promoting movement and posture changes.
- Monitors Arms: These can be attached to the worksurfaces to free up space and allow users to adjust their screens to their desired height, depth and tilt.
- Focal Adjustments: This specialized platform permits users to adjust all screens at once simply by pushing and pulling.
- Urethane Edge: Users can rest their wrists, forearms, or elbows on the surface edge which serves as a cushion and makes working long hours much more comfortable.
- Wide Worksurface: The large workspace provides ample space for tools, IT peripherals and documentation. Users can keep crucial items at arm’s length and the secondary items on the periphery.
- Personal Storage: The console includes personal storage with sliding trays and secured doors for operators to keep an organized workstation.
- Integrated Fans and Heaters: The workstation counts with cooling fans integrated unto the worksurface and heaters installed underneath, and users can control them with keypads.
- Steel Substructure: Our control room consoles are built using a 12-gauge steel substructure to support the weight of the worksurfaces and prevent them from bending over time. This structure also features electrical raceways and pathways for IT equipment.
- HPL-High Pressure Laminate: To support mission-critical operations, the worksurfaces of our consoles are manufactured with HPL which is a material resistant to scratches, stains and impacts. It is also anti-static, so it does not attract dust particles, making it easy to clean.
- Lifting Actuators: At a touch of a button, operators can effortlessly raise or lower the console surfaces, thanks to high-capacity programmable lifting columns with a weight capacity of more than 200 pounds (90.75kg) each.
- Cable Chains: The console features a cable chain system that routes the cables from the worksurface to the CPU enclosure. Ensuring that the vertical movement of the surface doesn’t cause any cable pulling or interruption.
- Slat Wall: Made from reinforced steel, it allows the easy reconfiguration of monitors and other accessories attached to the worksurfaces, such as task lights and status lights.
- CPU Enclosures: Located underneath the worksurfaces, these CPU enclosures are designed to house the IT equipment and route all power and data cables, they can be equipped with rackmounts or perforated sliding trays to allow for cooling.
- Access Doors: Part of the CPU enclosures, these doors are lockable and are located both in the front and the back of the console to minimize downtime due to IT maintenance.
- Cable Raceways: Throughout the steel substructure, our consoles feature cable pathways and raceways to route all IT cables going from the CPU enclosure to the worksurfaces. When paired with a wall system, they can route data and power separately to avoid electromagnetic interference.
- Status Lights: A status light can be installed at the top of the monitor arm poles or the worksurface itself, according to the center’s needs.
- Task Lights: These sturdy lights can be installed on top of monitor arm poles or on the worksurface, and they allow for precise adjustments in positioning and different light intensities.
- Monument System: This retractable outlet can be installed on the worksurface to provide easy access to power and data without having to instal additional IT equipment inside the CPU enclosures.
- Grommet Holes: These openings can be made on the worksurface to pass cables underneath the console and into the electrical raceways.
- Powerbars: Installed underneath the worksurface, these power bars can be feature up to 10 outlets.
- Console panels: These panels are available in plexiglass or glass and can be fixed on each side of the worksurfaces for increased privacy.
